REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

At AshBorn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer a straightforward process with several resolution options.

 

Return Window

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage are not eligible.

 

Your Resolution Options

 

When you return an eligible item, you can choose from the following:

 

  1. Exchange — Swap your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value. This is the fastest way to get what you need.
  2. Store Credit + 10% Bonus — Prefer credit? We'll add an extra 10% on top of your item's value as a thank-you, redeemable on any future order. (Example: a $100 return becomes $110 in store credit.)
  3. Refund to Original Payment — If neither option works for you, we'll refund the original payment method.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Orders under $125: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Orders of $125 or more: AshBorn covers return shipping and provides a prepaid label.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us at support@ashborn.shop within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, AshBorn covers all return shipping and you may choose a replacement or a full refund — no questions asked.

 

How to Start a Return

 

Email support@ashborn.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and let us know which option you prefer. We'll reply with instructions and a prepaid label if your order qualifies.

 

Processing & Timing

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your chosen resolution within 3–5 business days. Refunds to your original payment method appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Store credit and exchanges are issued immediately upon approval.
